Your passport stays in your browser
Experiences, dates, places, notes and saved ideas are stored locally in this browser when you save them. These details are not synchronized with the RLB server. On a shared device, another user of the same browser can see your passport. This storage is not encrypted.
You can export your local passport, import your own file or remove everything through My passport. An export includes your private notes. A browser reset or lost device may permanently remove your data without an export.
When you get in touch
The form sends your name, email address, optional business and city, message and enquiry type to RLB. We also store the receipt time, your permission to handle the request and any referral code submitted with it. We use these details to handle and follow up your request and avoid duplicate submissions. This does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Only the administrator can read enquiries. You can request access, correction or deletion. Closed enquiries older than 180 days are removed at the next administrative action or form submission. Open requests remain available for handling.
Necessary storage and security
Contact forms and administration use a temporary first-party session cookie for security. The personal passport uses local browser storage only. This edition of RLB does not place advertising cookies or analytics trackers. To limit abuse, we temporarily keep a keyed, one-way derivation of the network address without storing the raw address in the application. The hosting service may maintain separate technical access logs.
Links to other services
Google Maps and provider websites open only when you click their links. No external map, advertisement, font or third-party photo is loaded automatically here. The provider’s terms apply on an external website.
No public visitor history
There is no public feed, leaderboard or automatic photo display at locations. Scanning a QR code does not reveal your personal passport to the location or a representative.
