Use and conditions

Experiences and practical information

RLB offers editorial inspiration and a personal way to record experiences. A listing does not guarantee current opening, availability, safety, accessibility or a provider’s participation. Check official information and follow local instructions.

Personal badges

A personally added experience is your own record. A badge does not represent independent proof, a ticket, discount, cash value or entitlement to a service. Completing a collection has the same limitations. Opening a QR code does not complete an activity.

Enquiries and participation

A form submission is an enquiry, not an order or signed agreement. Participation, materials, authorization, any costs and commercial terms are agreed separately. A public scan does not generate commissions or revenue entitlements.

Looking after your passport

The local passport requires a browser with JavaScript and storage space. Keep an export to move or preserve your history. RLB cannot recover locally lost data. Abuse, impersonation, false ownership claims and unauthorized point activation are not permitted.

Reports

Found incorrect information, an unsafe activity or a misused sticker? Send a message with the page or point code. For emergencies, use the appropriate local emergency service, not the RLB form. Submit a report.
