Real Life Badges help
How can we help?
The main questions for visitors, places and representatives.
Is Real Life Badges only for cafés and restaurants?
No. Shops, cultural places, workshops and other locations can offer an experience too. What matters is what someone can actually do there.
Does a visitor need to install an app?
No. Discovery, saving and the personal passport work in the browser. The passport is stored on this device and can be exported as a file.
Is a QR scan proof of a visit?
No. A QR code opens the correct page. The visitor deliberately records the experience. That is a personal record, not a verified visit or purchase.
What does participation cost for my place?
We first agree on the experience, materials and service with you. You receive a proposal before purchasing anything. An enquiry is not an order.
Where can I find my passport again?
Open My passport in the same browser on the same device. The passport is stored locally. Use export and import to move it to another browser.
Are all listed places participating?
No. Our selection includes editorial information about real places. Only a separately authorized and activated point connects a participating location to a QR code.
Can I edit or delete memories?
Yes. Each experience in My passport lets you edit the note or remove the memory. You can also erase the entire local passport.
What does a representative do with my information?
A representative submits an enquiry with permission. In this edition, only the central administrator can access enquiries. Representatives cannot see visitors’ personal passports.
My sticker is not working. What next?
Check that the address is reallifebadges.com. Report the point code through the form. A retired or paused point cannot activate an experience; earlier visitors’ personal memories remain on their devices.
